Mrs. Lucy Darr Simpson, 84, of 1174 Noah Hardison Lane, Williamston, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at Martin General Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Piney Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Piney Grove Baptist Church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home of Williamston.
