Mrs. Sybil Goddard O’Neal, 75, of 1258 O’Neal Lane, Williamston, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Holly Springs United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
