Mr. Brandon Lee Wilkins, 19, of 2480 Wilmar Road, Vanceboro, died Thursday, July 30, 2009. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Oakdale Cemetery, Washington. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
