Mr. Julian Earl Phelps, 87, of 1005 Sterlingworth St., Windsor, died Monday, Aug. 10, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Cashie Baptist Church. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
