Mrs. Loretta Wells Fornes, age 54, a resident of 686 Fawn Road Apt. F, Ayden, died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2009 in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Highway 264 East, Washington, NC 27889.
