Mr. Harold Keith Rawls, 57, of 2511 Ralph Taylor Road, Williamston, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston with the Rev. Raymond Hoggard Jr. officiating. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston.
