Mr. Clarence Theodore Cutler, 53, of 1529 Pungo Creek Road, Pinetown, died Monday, Aug. 24, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Mount Zion Free Will Baptist Church in the Yeatesville community. A walk-in visitation will be held today from 1 to 6 p.m. in the chapel of Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home of Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home of Washington.
