Mrs. Catherine B. Smallwood, 73, of 819 N. Bridge St., Washington, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church in Washington. A walk through viewing will be held today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington, and on Saturday until the funeral hour. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
