Mr. Michael R. Cullipher, 52, of 1403 Conner Drive, Windsor, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Walker Funeral Home of Windsor with the Rev. Jim Cox officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
