Mr. Neal Wave Whitney, 21, of 550 Taylor Road, Chocowinity, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Southside High School. The family will receive friends at the home. Viewing will be held today from 1 to 7 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N.
