Tigers top Redskins|Vikings win again

Williamston improved its win streak to three as it rolled to a 52-0 win over Four Rivers Conference rival Roanoke on Friday.
Tigers’ running back Cedric Moody racked up three TDs on Friday, while Jermaine McGhee added two. One of McGhee’s scores came on a 92-yard run.
Williamston’s Kenny Brown turned in a phenomenal performance as he returned a punt for a touchdown, while also tossing a TD pass and catching at TD reception.
Williamston quarterback Luke Mathews also ran for a score as the team improved its record to 3-0, while the loss dropped the Redskins to 0-3.
Williamston has bye next Friday, but will be back in action the next week when it travels to North Pitt.
Vikings hold off Aces
Ronnell Blount rushed for 118 yards, while Elmer Cooper galloped for 72 yards and a TD to help lead Plymouth to a 16-10 win over Edenton.
Vikings quarterback Kevin Purkett scored on a keeper to up Plymouth’s record to 2-1.
