Mr. Joseph Lee Carter, 72, of 1943 Mauls Point Road, Blounts Creek, died Friday, Sept. 4, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday in Ware Creek Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home of Washington.
