Mr. Moses Hopkins of the Plumblee Nursing Center in Plymouth died Monday, Sept. 7, 2009, at Washington County Hospital in Plymouth. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
