Mrs. Shirley M. Hart Williams, 59, of 1111 N. Pierce St., Washington, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009. A funeral will be conducted today at 11 a.m. in Love, Faith and Victory Mission, 1108 W. Fifth St., Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
