Mr. Isaac Blount (Papa), a resident of Ridgewood Manor, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009, at Beaufort County Medical Center in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of his son, Willie Robert Blount, 315 Aycock St., Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
