Mrs. Frances Rouse Joyner, 84, of New Bern, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009. A funeral will be conducted today at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Pollock-Best Funerals &Cremations in New Bern. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and other times at the home of her daughter. Arrangements are by Pollock-Best Funerals &Cremations in New Bern.
