Mr. Curtis Campbell of 319 New Road, Scranton, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, at Pungo District Hospital in Belhaven. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
