Ms. Icy Young Spencer, 90, of Engelhard, died Monday, Sept. 28, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Davis Recreational Center in Engelhard. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home of Columbia.
