Mr. James Isaac Spencer Jr., 60, of 833 Boston Ave., Washington, died Monday, Sept. 28, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Beebe Memorial CME Church, Washington. Viewing will be held today from 1 to 7 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. The family will receive friends at home and at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James I. Spencer Sr., 4292 Bonnerton Road, Edward. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
