Mrs. Mary Agnes Windley of 201 Clinton Ave., No. 67, Brooklyn, N.Y., and formerly of Belhaven, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009. The family will receive friends at the home of Harold and Barbara Oden, 727 Elm St., Belhaven. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
