Mr. Thomas Medford Braddy, 85, formerly of Elizabeth City, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, in Greensboro. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City, with the Rev. Clay Manos officiating. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City. Arrangements are by Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City.
