Mrs. Clara Bell Holley Small, 91, of 4245 N.C. Highway 32 North, Plymouth, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at Plumblee Nursing Center in Plymouth. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home of Plymouth.
