A graveside funeral service for Mr. Leroy Franklin Bell will be held at 1 p.m. today at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington, NC with Pastor H.P. Norman officiating.
The family will receive friends beginning at 11 a.m. until the service hour today at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Highway 264 East, Washington, NC.
