Mr. Heber Harding Woolard, 78, of 6407 Broad Creek Road, Washington, died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends today at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
