Mrs. Lucille Little Stilley, 89, of 17636 N.C. Highway 33, Blounts Creek, died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Phenel Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be held today from 1 to 7 p.m. at Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home of Washington.
