WASHINGTON — Mr. Linwood Earl “Cotton” Hardy, 51, died Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
The graveside service will be conducted Saturday at 4 p.m. in Pinewood Memorial Park.
He is survived by his: devoted companion, Liz Warren; brother, Alfred E. Hardy, Jr. and wife, Amanda, of Farmville; three nephews; one niece; five aunts; two uncles; and three great-nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Alfred and Amanda Hardy.
Memorials may be made to Wilkerson Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
