Charles Franklin “Jimmy” Cahoon, age 78, of Columbia died Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Chowan Hospital, Edenton. A funeral service will be held today at noon at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove United Methodist Church cemetery. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
