Mrs. Frances Lucy Williams “Frankie” Davenport, 78, of 1710 W. Main St., Williamston died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Roger Leggett officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the home of Tamara Miller, 1045 Smith Lane, Williamston. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
