Mr. Terrill Gene Surgeon, 51, of 107 Bessie Lane, Windsor died Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009, at Bertie Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Ross Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Mickey and Brian Medlin officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
