Mr. Kenneth Earl Winfield, 49, died Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A funeral will be conducted Friday at noon in Hoggard’s Temple, Belhaven. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Queen Collins, 263 Old 97 (Swamp Road), Pantego. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
