Mr. Richard William Scheutzow, age 55, a resident of 5270 Sidney Rd., Belhaven, died Thursday, January 14, 2010.
Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 17, 2009 at Life Gate Free Will Baptist Church and will be conducted by Pastor Eric Hill. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Mr. Scheutzow was born in Beaufort County on November 8, 1954 to the late Charles Albert Scheutzow and Nellie Nobles Scheutzow. On November 19, 2007 he married Dorothy Ann Jarvis who survives. He was employed with Mark Keyzer Catering.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy J. Scheutzow of the home; one brother, Charles Albert Scheutzow, Jr. of Pinetops and two sisters, Pamela S. Haddock and husband Leslie of Greenville and April S. Clayton and husband Terry of Belhaven.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Life Gate Free Will Baptist Church, 52 Old Pamlico Beach Rd. W., Belhaven, NC 27810.
