Mrs. Inez R. Bess of 913 Van Norden St., Washington died Friday, Jan. 15, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
