Mr. James Keyes of 4130 Market Street Extension, Washington died Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 at home. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Sadie Blount, 315 Aycock St., Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
