Mr. Tarlton “Beauty” Small, 90, of 3764 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville. A funeral will be conducted today at 11 a.m. in Second Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Plymouth with the Rev. Hubert Judon officiating. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
