Pat Little, 75, of Bowling Green, Ky., died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010 at 11:04 a.m. at the Medical Center at Bowling Green, Ky.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, 2010 at the J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel, Bowling Green, Ky. Burial will take place in Riverside Christian Church cemetery.
She was born April 27, 1934 in Northampton County, N.C., the daughter of the late Nezzie Green Davis and Nannie Ola Wade Davis. She was a retired arts and crafts instructor with Bowling Green Parks and Rec. She’s a member of Riverside Christian Church, where she played the piano and taught Sunday School; Richardsville Homemakers, where she held various offices and the Greater Bowling Green Mended Hearts. She loved to travel, the North Carolina Tar Heels basketball team and MALE High School Bulldogs. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
Survivors include husband of 52 years: Dr. Alton Little (Ret. Western Kentucky University), Bowling Green, Ky.; two daughters, Patsy Anne Little of Wesley Chapel, Fla., B.J. Levis of Louisville, Ky.; grandson, Cameron Levis of Louisville, Ky.; sister, Martha Marie Rose and husband J.B. of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and Iola D. Gay and husband Kenneth of Franklin, Va.; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Jimmie A. Davis, Stanlie G. Davis and Charles T. Davis.
In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made to the Local American Heart Association, Attn: Michelle Alloway, 1212 Ashley Circle, Bowling Green, KY 42104.
