Mr. Harry Clark Jr., a resident of 485 Union St., Belhaven, died Saturday, March 6, 2010, at Pungo District Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
