Dan Nelson, a Raleigh artist visiting Washington this week, drew lots of attention earlier this week as he painted in Washington’s Harbor District. Nelson, in association with the Inner Banks Artisans’ Center on West Main Street, will teach painting classes Friday and Saturday.
