Mr. William Earl Cowan, 67, of 2101 McCaskey Road, Williamston, died Monday, April 12, 2010 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Community Christian Church with ministers Chris Minton and Daniel Voris officiating. A burial will follow at Martin Memorial Gardens.
