CONCORD — Mr. William Aubrey Hudson, 71, passed away in Chaing Mai, Thailand on June 17 2010.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Roberta United Methodist Church.
Aubrey was born on August 5 1938 in Cabarrus County. He was the son of the late Adam and Ruth Miller Hudson. He worked for the City of Concord for 17 years at the waste treatment plant. He was a reserve police officer and a charter member of the Cabarrus Rescue Squad. Aubrey later went to work in Texas for Hudson Energy for 20 years. He then went to perform mission work in Thailand until his death.
Mr. Hudson is survived by his wife, Charlotte Hudson; sisters, Nancy Wallace of Washington NC and Mollye  Canaday of Pallestine TX; brothers, Joe Hudson and wife Shirley of Concord and A.R. Hudson and wife Linda of Richmond TX and a number of nieces and nephews.
