James Francis Hoggard Jr., 89 of 103 Nichols Street, Windsor, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Three Rivers Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Windsor United Methodist Church by the Rev. David Woolsey. Burial with military honors will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home is serving the Hoggard family.
