Mrs. Virginia E. Horton, 71, of 3D Olde Towne Apts., Plymouth, died Friday, July 30, 2010, at Washington County Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home of her son, Edgar Barrow, 110 Logan Ave., Plymouth. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
