Mrs. Bessie Leggett Knox, 79, of 5021 U.S. Highway 17, Williamston, died Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at Martin General Hospital in Williamston. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rehoboth Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Revs. Samuel Williams and Jimmy C. Williams officiating. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church and other times at the home of Gay Perry, 3188 Fire Department Road, Williamston. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Williamston.
