Ms. Joy Burton Nelson, 66, of 2535 Spring Dusk Lane, Spring, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at the Nexus Specialty Hospital in Shenandoah, Texas. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Paul Funeral Home, Washington with Rev. Stevie Ipock officiating. Burial will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens of Vanceboro. The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and at other times at the home of Judy Hicks, 770 Lewis Road, Vanceboro. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
