Ruth Mitchell adds to the toy collection at the Washington Yacht &Country Club Thursday as over 100 members representing 13 local book clubs donated to the Toys For Tots program. “We all had such a great time,” said organizer Carolyn Wetmore. “I am hoping we can make this an annual event.
