Mr. Alton Kinsley Spencer Jr., 84, of 11018 N.C. Highway 125, Oak City, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at Martin General Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Hamilton Cemetery with the Rev. Mary Ellen Bender officiating. A visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston and other times at the residence. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston.
