Mr. Charles Steven Melton, 82, a resident of 1510 N.C. Highway 94-North, Columbia, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Bryan Funeral Service Columbia Chapel. Rev. Joe Wynns will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the memorial service on Saturday. Arrangements by Bryants Funeral Home.
