Jeremy and Emily Smith of Washington, N.C., are pleased to announce the birth of a daughter, Gabby Rose Smith on February 16, 2011, at Beaufort County Medical Center.

Gabby weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 22 inches long. The mother is the former Emily Claire Moore.

Maternal grandparents are Kenny Moore and Carolyn Moore of Washington.

Paternal grandparents are Ed and Linda Smith of Washington.

Great-grandparents are Harry and Shirley Ronan of Washington and Helen Smith of Fuquay Varina, N.C.
