Mrs. Leona Waters Cullipher, 82, a resident of 453 Croatan St., Belhaven died Friday, Feb. 25, 2011.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven.  Burial will follow in Belhaven Community Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Saturday at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven and at  other times at the homes of her daughters.
