Mr. Moses Bentford, 82, of 603 McNair St., Washington, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Refuge Tower, 611 E. 5th St., Washington. A viewing will be held in the church one hour before the service. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
