Please look at the cherry blossom trees blossoming on U.S. Highway 264. They are beautiful.

There is no way that Warren Field Airport could ever recoup what they are talking about spending at that airport. They won’t ever sell enough gas to recoup those costs.

Gas prices are ridiculous.

Good job with local news Washington Daily News. I, for one, am thankful that we have a local paper committed to our area. You can get national news or TV listings in other places, but no one other than you cares about getting the local news out.

It is time for the people at the top to have pay cuts. It is not in line with our economy, and they all need to step up.
